| Lots of fun zones: slow four-wheeling up the approach road, steep climb through trees, flat pleasant meadow, hopping around loose scree, the four-step crux (if you can climb a 10ft ladder, you can climb this), a nice walk along the summit ridge finished by a beautiful view. | |

| finally climbed it after seeing it all the time driving to/from colorado. highly recommended! it was a short scamper for us since we drove to the end of the 4WD road. | |

| Grew up in Los Alamos, so this was good to finally get up there! Scenery is amazing and the long summit plateau offers great vantage points. | |

| Totally fun and spectacular mountain with a great summit. A bit of a chilly wind this time of year. I would be hard pressed to call the crux class 4. Just a stiff and short class 3. | |
