Aah, the old "what the heck is the altitude for a mountain in Argentina" problem. Some of the Argentine border mountains are 500+ meters higher on the Argentine maps than the Chile maps!! For some reason it seems hard to determine the correct altitude of many Argentine mountains!

Nicely done, complete page and good pics, too!

Amazing degree of altitude discrepency - and I bitch when my GPS disagrees by 15 or 20 meters in my area! (I guess I should be thankful.)

Nice page, I have two minor comments:
1) I added a page on Supercanaleta, although I agree with your recommendation of sending people to the local experts.
2) Direct-direct is a misleading name for a very indirect route.

Well maybe we could join forces for this range, I have myself a couple summits I wanna do down there like Plata, Pico Plata, Lomas Amarillas and Rincon too.
