Chain Station Ice Climbs

The ice climbs of the Chain Station area, east side of Wolf Creek Pass near South Fork, Colorado. The most prominent climb near the middle of the photo is Bigcicle (WI4-5), while the smaller climb to the left is Fatcicle (WI4). The faint line in between (nearly obscured by the trees) is Honeymoon Gully - a fun WI3 that is set back in a gully and stays in condition a little longer. A great place to climb, especially when all of the climbs are in. January 22, 2011.
