Challenger Glacier

Looking back to the last significant transition off the Wiley Ridge to Challenger Glacier. We again could have made it a lot easier by picking a different line. Potterfied/Nelson book says to go through the notch of Point 7,374 descending to Challenger Glacier. We did that, but don't follow the water, go south from notch (left facing down) and descend easier terain. 8/7/08
