These images are from a day hike of Chapman Peak from the foot of Bowman Lake on August 6th, 2015. From Brown Pass I ascended the mostly class two south face to reach the summit. I used the west ridge for the descent. It was a thirty mile day and the whole effort took about twelve and a half hours. It was one of the best days I've ever had in Glacier National Park.

Looking back at Chapman Peak from the foot of Bowman Lake. I made it to Polebridge in time for pizza.
