Great page because it's a state highpoint. I'm sure you're additions will be good. Great job and good climbing to you!

check it out now, it was neglected for a while, but another SPer adopted it. Now it is very solid.

George, if you have contacted the maintainer already, and he hasn't responded, the page is now under 2 stars after the 2 or 3 week point. It is time you e-mail the Elf (it will not work on the messageboard) and ask to adopt the page. It falls under the rules of the site. I am looking forward to seeing your improvements. 3 of the photos are mine already, as is the link.

Photo link for the "nearby section" is broken. It is sad that this is all we have out here in Illinois.

Thanks for the vote Bill! No O2 required for this one. A bottle of Bud is more appropriate I think... :-)

Looks good but I think you're weather link is bad. I grew up in southern Illinois down near the Shawnee Forest but never made it up to Charles Mound. Maybe someday.

Thanks for the vote. The Time and Temperature website is down temporarily (so it says). It will hopefully be back up soon.

Nice highpoint page! Any advice for someone who needs to climb it in Winter?
