| Had a fun time scrambling up in the late afternoon. Went up to the summit, walked the ridge to the smaller north peak, came back, and headed down as the sun set and the lights came on along the Strip. Got back to the car in the dark. | |

| Left the nearby park and scrambled up without a sure path. Got caught up trying to go around West and found no ledge. Double backed East and was able to get up and down easily there. | |

| Our group did this nice hike up Cheyenne Mountain late in the afternoon. It was very windy on top of the ridge. I found a small register on the summit. | |

| Done this one a couple dozen times, via the East Face, Northeast Ridge, Northwest Ridge, Southeast Ridge (Direct), Southeast Ridge to Southwest Face, South Ridge and South Face. -09/16/10: Climbed it again via the south ridge. Although I originally stated the route was 5.6, I must now say that it's quite a lot easier (YDS 5.2), though the (psychological) crux (YDS 5.0) is still every bit as spicy as I remembered it from my last time a few years ago. | |
