Chicken Out Ridge
Kyndal and Anne moving with confidence across the southwest (Chicken-Out) ridge on Mt Borah. The afternoon cumulonimbus build-up made for some dramatic lighting.

I believe this is on the traverse just "above" the V-notch during the descent?

Correct. It's actually below the ridge top proper but this side has the most exposure or potential for a long fall on the short traverse to the V-notch.
