...nice combo of higher and lower clouds. Good scale too, with the person near the trees.
But where is this, and when was it taken?

It seems that it was taken from the northern slopes of Chopok, somewhere below Luková. Chopok isn´t actually on this picture. But I suppose that this is Prašivá (?) and Western Tatras in the background.
