OverviewWhen there is no snow, this is an easy hike that can be done in running shoes. Cime Guilié is located on the border of France and Italy. The mountain has an alpine lake and a stream. It is possible to see alpine ibex and chamois. At the summit, there is a cross and a view of Italy and other major summits of the Mercantour.
It is accessible by foot from Boréon. Follow a well maintained trail. Then scramble up some rocks to the summit. Ski touring is possible when there is snow.Getting ThereAdd Getting There text here.
