Cime Ombretta (3011m) und...
Cime Ombretta (3011m) und Sasso Vernale (3058m) seen during the descent through Gardeccia. This shot was take especially for livioz who wanted to know if the small Ghiacciaio del Vernale Glacier still existed. Livio, it does but barely - it might be a snowfield. July 13th 2005

I have a better one somewhere - there still is som glacier left. It won't take long though before it vanishes :-(
