..he's about 1/2 way up P2 of Peregrine......nice easy traverse with many shiny new bolts.

Yeah, these guys took forever to do the traverse. I still think the crux must be just getting to the start of the climb. Some of that hike in was a mess, eh?

I agree - those steep dirt slope traverses were a pain in the a.. on the approach.

I think the traverse is soft for .7 - I'd think it's more like a .6. Only potentially .7 section is a 20 foot slab at beginning of P4 (2 variations are given for this section in book, the slab is the harder one) - and it's beautifully protected by many new bolts.
