can't go wrong with a wide angle shot of a climber leading a pitch & you sure got some particularly spectacular ones Marc. cheers!

Thank you very much, Radek. I'm glad you like my photography.

I prefer to take shots of someone leading a route kind of from the side and behind. But, the most important thing is to take the shot from a distance to show the size of the rock in relation to the size of the climber.

The best kind of climbing shots are the ones you and Shirley take of each other, especially the ones that are shot looking down of one of you climbing up. Looking down while belaying, I must have told buddies at least a thousand times, "I wish I had a camera right now".
