Climbing a sea of chickenheads

This is likely the best pitch of the Obelisk's south face route. A sea of chickenheads for an entire pitch- for protection, all one needs to do is just lasso a chickenhead & climb on- bomber! 9 October, 2005 Photo by Lara

Developing a place right now that sports just the climbing your describing. But if I told you right now, I'd have to kill you. :) Perhaps our "Master" will release info about the place this summer 2007....only a half hour approach! 3 pitch routes with bomber patina plates and chicken heads.....not a dirty section at the place...high quality granite. Never been touched by a human hand until 2005. Hint: it's somewhere in the western Sierra ;)
