Climbing routes
Climbing routes on the west side of Cerro Parido (closeup view). The Standard Route (YDS Class ~5.2, shown in red) ascends a gully on the southwestern end of Cerro Parido. There is a single piton serving as a rappel anchor at the top of the route. The Gully 1 and Gully 2 routed start from the ramp that can be accessed by scrambling up the lower section of the standard route or by direct climb from the base of the cliff (Class 5.4-5.6). Gully routes are very loose with some Class 5.5/5.6 moves and considerable exposure.
