| Sort of successful. We drove 5 hours to get to Gavarnie and Col de Tentes. From there you can walk up in 30mins to where the Col de Bujaruelo meets the acent to Sarradets Refuge and the Brecha de Rolando. Lots of water coming off the mountain and a bit hairy crossing the torrent half way up the 1h30m climb to the hut. We witnessed a lady fall and dislocate her shoulder.. Nice meal in the hut. A lot of snow still up to the Brecha. Long story why we didn't complete planned route of el Casco............ | ||
