Col Superieur du Tour

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Col Superieur du Tour
Looking back to the Col Superieur du Tour while ascending Aiguille du Tour.
To the right and in front is France, to the left Switzerland.
In the background is Aiguille du Chardonnet, partly covered with clouds.
At the Col superieur you turn to the right to descend to the hut Albert I. (downclimbing a short rocky passage, descending a steep snowfield, some glacier travelling and using a short hiking way until the hut), to the left you can reach the Trient hut via the Plateau du Trient in less than one hour.
