Conness East Buttress

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Conness East Buttress
Preparing to scramble up quality 3rd class stone at the 10,500 foot level on Conness' east ridge. The true East Ridge (in shadow here) lies ahead and to the left of the buttress. I found this 'East Buttress' variation to be more enjoyable than the 'Alpine Lake' alternative.
