Cookes Peak from near 9 Mile Hill, east of Deming. August 7, 2004. For 20 years I've loved the sight of this mountain yet never climbed it (though many lesser ones in the near vicinity). On a clear day, Cookes is a great sight from the Franklin Mnts. Pass near El Paso. Comments [ Post a Comment ]
