View north from Water Canyon Road towards Copper Canyon in New Mexico's Magdalena Mountains. Water Canyon Road is a major access road that winds into the range and leads to numerous trailheads before terminating near the summit of South Baldy (elev. 10,783 ft.). South Baldy is high point for the range as well as Socorro County. Ladrones Benchmark (elev. 9,210 ft.) is in the background. Photo taken 3/2/08.
