Cornices on Buchanan Pass

[ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Cornices on Buchanan Pass
Buchanan Pass seen from the southeast face of Point 12,391 ("Red Deer Mountain"). The pronounced cornices are the result of the strong winds blowing over the pass. Behind the pass, at the center, is "Algonquin," while in the background, left of center, is the north face of Paiute Peak. Indian Peaks Wilderness. October 2004.
