Creeping Bellflower
Creeping Bellflower (Campanula rapunculoides) blooms from June to September and can grow up to 1 meter high in Poland. Both leaves and roots of this plants are tasty. Young leaves can be used to spice up meals and roots collected in autumn can be eaten in salads.
