the needle looks even more impressive in winter! did you climb her, humboldt? how was the approach?

Thanks, man. I did the Peak to Needle traverse the summer before I took this. We were attempting a 2-day ascent of Columbia Point/Kit Carson during this trip in February, but only made it to "Obstruction Peak."
