Crode deil Longerin

Hiking by the main ridge of Carnic Alps, from Tilliacher Joch / Forcella Dignas towards the east, we are looking on the broad east face of Porze / Cima Palombino. But soon from behind of it the towers of Crode dei Longerin start rising. The contrast between the main ridge limestone and the Crode dei Longerin dolomite is very picturesque and the line resemblance as well. August, 2009.
