Crossing The Middle Of Horseshoe Basin...
Looking back at our group side-traversing across the middle of the upper slopes of Horseshoe Basin, en route to the southwest approach for nearby Buckner Mountain.

The long rock rib that we had to scramble down from Sahale Glacier Camp to enter the basin can be seen directly in the background, angling from the upper-right of the photo to the center of the photo.
