Crown Butte

Crown Butte 4710' is located just south of Simms, Montana. This is a look at the north side of the butte. Viewed from State Route 200 it does look like a crown.

Crown Butte is owned by the Nature Conservancy and thus open to the public. Access is via the Simms-Cascade road. There is a south side parking area and trail along the west side which leads to the upper reaches.
