Crux of the Traverse

Peak to Needle, one of Colorado's great 14er traverses. The final climb up to the top of Crestone Needle gets pretty steep! All the route descriptions say "don't look down", but I couldn't help but look anyway. This is my climbing partner Ben viewed through the legs while climbing the crux pitch. September 16, 2007.
