| Mountain house Kata- Bacic kuk-crossroad belove Bacic kuk- Budakovo brdo-crossroad belove Bacic kuk- Bacic duliba. I have ascent on Bacic kuk with company of friend Ivica Buljevic and his 8 year old son Ante via shortest, but most dangerous route. We made it on snow and ice conditions without crampons. It was scary and I don't recomand this route! It starts om road some 1000 m on north from normal route! | |

| This is probably one of my favourite groups of Velebit range. Have decided to make a 2 days visit, using 2 circular trails. 1st day Have started at Stupa?inovo village near Baške Oštarije, where I have parked my car. First cliff climbed was Grabar above Alaginac pass, followed by Kiza, Žuti Kuk and Vraanji Kuk. At Škrbina pass have descended towards Premuži?eva staza trail, which leads back towards Stupa?inovo village. Total time about 7 hours. Have stayed at Prpa houses for the night. 2nd day Have started at Dabarska Kosa pass above Ravni Dabar valley, where I have parked my car. First I have descended to mountain hut below ?elina cliffs. After that have continue through forests and meadows of Došen Dabar, Došen Duliba and Ba?i? Duliba valleys all the way to Ba?i? Kuk cliffs/summit. Have returned back over the slopes of Prikinuto Brdo hill and over the summit of Kuk od Visibabe, down to Premuži?eva staza trail and Dabarska Kosa. Total time about 8 hours. | |
