Hasn't voted | It was a pretty incredible morning, smoke from nearby forest fires in combination with the high clouds made a fleeting eerie red glow across the entire sky. I was up 2 minutes after my hiking partner and missed the picture.
Unbelievably, the picture was taken with a disposable Kodak 35mm camera! I scanned it at 600 dpi and adjusted the contrast. The colors are as scanned and match the print pretty closely.

Hasn't voted | I know the feeling :) Disposables take pretty amazing pictures considering the cost and weight of the things. But then again, you're stuck with a wide angle, have zero exposure control, and the image qualtiy is not very good above about a 4" x 6" print.
