Dawson, Dyer, and Jensen Minarets from Cecile Lake

These are some of the most difficult Minarets to climb. The easiest routes on Dawson (left) and Jensen (right) are class 4. Northwest Face at 5.6 is the easiest route on Dyer (center). Class 5 climbing is also required to summit North Notch Minaret (a smaller rock formation in the notch between Dyer and Jensen). Sierra Challenge 2006. Cecile Lake. California.
