Debris from Baldy Bowl avalanche

Debris from a large slab avalanche that occurred in February 2005 fills the bottom of the canyon over 1,000 feet below the release point (see here and here for a better view of the crown line). The left hand side of the crown can be seen in the upper right quadrant of the picture. February 26, 2005.
