Deep in the Enchanted Gorge

[ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
Deep in the Enchanted Gorge
George Marinakis traversing a lake deep within the Enchanted Gorge. This large, round lake marks the half-way point during a descent of the Enchanted Gorge. The bedrock changes here from a granite of the Goddard pendant to metavolcanic metarhyolite and metadacite. These metavolcanic rocks are visible on the distant canyon wall.
