Hasn't voted | Due to average elevation of 4200 meters, above sea leval, covered with deep snow and ice for more than half year, it is not possible to build a house here. Weather changes are sudden. Stroms blow up in seconds and the deceptive calm of a blue sky sudenly becomes a screaming maelstrom of roaring winter blizzards or icy summer winds and rain or hail. | | Posted Jan 6, 2008 2:22 am |
