Good Route Pics

They show what folks should expect when ascending this mountain in winter condition. You ask in your report "does it get better than this?" For me, a day with no wind, and no snow which has been replaced by mild weather, nice green tundra and little critters scampering about makes it much better. But you already know that! ;>) Keep up the good work! You've been busy on SP!

Re: Good Route Pics

Thanks, Aaron. This was a LOVELY day to be on Guyot. Just fantastic.

Yes, we know: Aaron is alergic to the snow and cold. I've become somewhat addicted to winter conditions and find myself facing spring & summe with mixed emotions.

I'll keep busy on SP until I burn out, which seems to be a common cycle: First, join SP and tentatively contribute a bit. Next, become an SP monster for several months, contributing several pages a month. Finally, burn out, take a swan song, and just sign summit registers. ;)
