Dewey-Dead Indian Traverse

Dewey-Dead Indian Traverse

This is a stitch of two photos and will look better if you click on it to view it in the original size. The seam is visible and the merge is not perfect, but my purpose is to depict the traverse, not dazzle with my computer skills. This view is from the north at about 10,800', almost four miles from Dead Indian Peak (right). The traverse is rumored to go around Class 4 with loose rock and exposure. Note-- the "bump" just left of center is not part of the traverse. That is apparent if you click on the picture and then use the magnifier. Absaroka Range, WY-- August 2011
