Dewey Point

Dewey Point

I’ve been to Yosemite National Park several times in spring and summer. It’s always been a treat every time. Despite the many visitors this park draws, we manage to avoid the crowd by going early in the season or taking on trails that are less popular.

Visiting Yosemite National in the winter was a visual delight, especially just hours after a snowstorm – which was the case when my husband and I decided to strap our snowshoes on and break snow for 7.6 miles via Badger Pass Trail.

This is Dewey Point. Despite the patches of heavy fog, you can see Half Dome to the distant right.
