Dirtyface Mountain (Pk 6223)...

Dirtyface Mountain (Pk 6223) from the north on July 24, 2004. Dirtyface Mountain is not the highpoint of Dirtyface Ridge. That title goes to Dirtyface Peak, which is just out of sight to the right. The vexing duality in naming these peaks is beyond me. It should be noted, I guess, that "Dirtyface Mountain" is an unofficial name, where as "Dirtyface Peak" is official (appears on maps).
