Hasn't voted | Just nervous it'd run away before I got my camera out! No really, I was above it and in the Sierras the bears are harmless. They are much more scared of you than you are of them (at least that's how it should be). | | Posted Oct 29, 2008 8:05 pm |

Voted 10/10 | We have had bears where I live, and people ask me if I worry about hiking in the area all the time. I really haven't been worried at all, but haven't met one face to face yet.
My husband actually chased one off our porch that was getting our hummingbird feeders this August. I wasn't home yet and missed it though.... rats! :0(
