Distant view of Veliki Kozjak...

Distant view of Veliki Kozjak (1629m) from the plains of Lika region, which is placed behind Velebit (continental side). On the right, closer to the setting Sun, is double headed Krajacev Kuk (1659m) in Rozanski Kukovi group. There are no marked paths which would lead from Lika to any peak on North Velebit because distance is too big. From Lika people use macadam roads which ascent North and Mid Velebit through several long valleys which cut into the body of Velebit.
