Distant Wrekin from Grinshill Cliffs
The Wrekin is seen here in the distance almost on the horizon from a small sandstone hill known as Grinshill just north of Shrewsbury. Grinshill is only 192 metres but supports an OS-Trig pillar and commands some very good views south towards all the South Shropshire AONB summits. Also in this image just below the cliffs is the village of Grinshill itself.
