Dot Mountain as seen from...
Dot Mountain as seen from near the Ptarmigan-Dot saddle north of the peak on August 23, 2001. This saddle was beautiful and very reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands. The beige-orange streaks are eroding pink porphyry granite intrusions--a common sight in the region.
