Seen from the summit of Talus Mountain. Downs is a 13,349' summit on the Continental Divide. Goat Flat is on the left. Climbing Downs requires crossing 5-mile-long Goat Flat and descending to No Mans Pass, from which you make the climb to Downs. Wind River Range, WY-- June 2009
