Looking back accross Yolanda Lake after dragging ourselves accross its frozen surface in a canoe using ice tools. This was part of the approach up to Drury Falls IV WI4. Unsuccessful climb - December 2005

Hasn't voted | Yeah, we were expecting to be able to paddle accross, but there was an inch of ice over the lake already. We didn't feel comfortable walking accross the thin ice, so this is what we came up with. It was interesting, to say the least. :-) | | Posted Feb 1, 2007 7:11 pm |
