Hasn't voted | Nope, that was a fumarole. There are plenty of them out there. I saw about 15 of these things. Steam comes out of the ground, sometimes rather heavily. It comes from the 250+ degree water below the surface. In fact, I was out there for geothermal energy. That was no dust devil. | | Posted Aug 5, 2006 4:52 am |
