I believe this pretty little flower is Dwarf Clover Trifolium nanum that has yet to fully bloom... Mt. Elbert Trail - June '08

the flowers look a lot more like Pea family ... not the symmetric 5-point stars of Silene?

As per your suggestion I did a bit of searching around in the Pea family and now believe it is Dwarf Clover. Comparing descriptions and photos it seems to be a match. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
