Long Way
It's a long way from the South Colony TH to Kit Carson via this route, though hiking through Bear's Playground was fun.

Kit Carson from Columbia Point via Upper South Colony Lakes TH
Long hike with lots of elevations gained and lost along the way. Weather was great except for last mile back to TH in rain and hail. Some tough route finding on this approach especially after going over Columbia Point. Glad to finally summit Kit Carson after three failed attempts previously.
