Eastward view over the spruce flat toward Katahdin's Northpeaks and Hamilin Peak.
In the center you can see Klondike Pond ravine that has one of the highest ponds in Maine. To the left are the walls of the Northwest Basin and to the right are the slopes of Katahdin. Wassataquoik stream drains this after rounding the northern slopes of Katahdin.
