ApproachWhere Hicks Rd and Mt Umunhum Rd intersect, follow Mt Umunhum Rd about 1.3 miles up the road until you see a closed metal gate and park off to the side of the road.
Route DescriptionOnce you park you will see another gate on the left side of the road. Walk through the gate and follow the trail all the way to the summit of Bald Mountain. Follow the trail for 0.7 miles. Its easy enough to follow as there are no forks or alternate ways to follow the trail. At the summit there is a marker that isn't to hard to find. This hike is extremely easy. Round trip is 1.4 miles and takes about a half an hour long.
