Is that liquid water or verglas streaking down the face?

I don't know.. I always thought it was liquid water, but I haven't really thought about the option of it being ice. When I took this photo it has been quite a wet week, and since it looks the same very low on the wall, I figured it was water. Might even be a mixture: verglas high on the face, water lower down. But maybe someone else knows ... ?

Whatever it was it looked like the face was a mess. I can just hear the rocks tumbling and flying off into space…
