we were up there the 18th and the 19th. we tried the needle, but the summit clouded over once we got up broken hand pass. my brother and i bailed out, thinking it wise not to attempt unknown class 3/class 4 scrambling in no visibility, but the other guy we were with went on. he thinks he reached the summit though he wasn't sure, since he couldn't see anything and never found a summit register. ah well, fun anyway.
I'm sorry I meant the 19. Was that you in the Jeep, I think it was red. We were in the blue Jeep in front of you. We were watching you climb the snowfield just below Broken Hand Pass. It looked to be very challenging.
